What data we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your full name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. We do not ask for special categories of data; please do not include them in your message.
To protect the form against spam and abuse, the security check Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection (such as your IP address) to verify that the form is being used by a person.
Purpose
We use this data only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to arrange a demo or send you information about Gestovo. We do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.
Legal basis
The processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for a maximum of 12 months, unless a business relationship is established or a longer period is required by law.
Recipients and service providers
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. To run this website and deliver the contact form we use service providers acting as data processors, such as Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, form security check through Cloudflare Turnstile and email delivery) and Google (email service). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@gestovo.com or to our registered office, indicating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole website.
